Role Overview
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you'll bridge the gap between the technical and commercial sides of the business. You’ll work closely with our sales team to understand client challenges, design tailored solutions, and help win new business. This is a hands-on role requiring broad technical/Security understanding, strong communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. You’ll also contribute to the evolution of our service portfolio and delivery approach, as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Discovery
Join client and prospect meetings to understand their current security posture, challenges, and objectives.
Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to assess gaps in cloud and enterprise security environments.
Translate technical issues into business impact and align with relevant solutions in our portfolio.
Solution Design & Presentation
Design and articulate security solutions based on our current offerings, including assessments, architecture reviews, compliance readiness, and vendor tools.
Build and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and scopes of work that address customer needs.
Clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Expertise & Growth
Rapidly learn and gain hands-on familiarity with our existing technology partners and services (e.g., CSPM, CNAPP, IAM, Zero Trust, Vulnerability Management).
Stay on top of emerging cloud security technologies and recommend new tools or approaches for the business to adopt.
Support and contribute to internal technical projects, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives.
Sales Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and BDR team to shape go-to-market messaging and identify the right solution fit during early sales cycles.
Provide and Design technical input into proposals, RFPs, and statements of work.
Help build reusable sales collateral, technical templates, and repeatable processes to support scaling.
Customer Success Support
Assist in transitioning projects from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring continuity and alignment.
Provide light post-sales technical support or act as a technical advisor on strategic accounts as needed.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, security consultancy, or technical customer-facing role.
Strong foundational understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud security principles.
Familiarity with cloud security tools, concepts like least privilege, identity, data protection, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, NIST, CIS).
A natural problem-solver with the ability to identify gaps in customer environments and propose actionable solutions.
Excellent communication skills – capable of influencing decision-makers and simplifying complex topics.
Entrepreneurial mindset – adaptable, proactive, and willing to pitch in across technical areas of the business.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and shape your own growth within a scaling team.
Bonus Points
Certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, CCSP, or similar.
Experience with security vendors in areas like CSPM, SIEM, endpoint protection, IAM, or cloud workload protection.
Hands-on experience in technical delivery, whether as an engineer, consultant, or technical account manager.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a confident, motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) who enjoys speaking with people and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll be the voice of the company — making outbound calls to prospects, introducing our services, and booking discovery meetings for our sales and technical teams.
You’ll follow up on warm leads generated by our marketing campaigns, and you’ll also proactively reach out to new potential customers through cold calling and outbound activity. Working closely with our Marketing Executives, you’ll turn targeted lists and campaign interest into meaningful conversations and qualified meetings. This is a chance to build real-world sales skills in a growing technology company, gaining hands-on experience across the full outbound process.
You’ll receive structured sales training and one-to-one mentorship from an experienced sales professional, helping you refine your approach, build confidence, and develop quickly into a more senior role.
Key Responsibilities
📞 Outbound Calling (Core Focus)
Call prospects from campaign lists provided by marketing, as well as our internal prospect database
Engage decision-makers across IT, operations and procurement
Deliver confident, engaging introductions and handle objections effectively
Qualify prospects to understand their needs and pain points
Book qualified discovery meetings for the sales or technical teams
💬 Follow-Up & Nurture
Follow up with interested leads and meeting attendees
Maintain warm relationships with potential future opportunities
📊 CRM & Reporting
Log all activity, notes and outcomes accurately in the CRM system
Track call volumes, meetings booked and conversion rates
Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine targeting and messaging
🤝 Team Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing Executive who manages campaigns and data workflows
Share feedback on lead quality and prospect engagement
Participate in regular team reviews, training and coaching sessions
