About Peritus

Who We Are

Peritus is a UK-based cloud security consultancy specialising in Microsoft cloud, identity and emerging risk. We help organisations reduce real security exposure across cloud, identity and AI environments, without slowing the business down.

Our team brings over 40 years of combined experience across traditional cybersecurity and modern cloud security. We work with organisations that rely heavily on Microsoft 365, Azure and cloud-native platforms, where misconfiguration, identity sprawl and visibility gaps are often the root cause of risk.

Our Perspective

We believe strongly in the benefits of cloud and AI technologies. But we also see first-hand how quickly adoption can outpace governance, security controls and operational maturity.

Too often, security frameworks become theoretical, noisy or disconnected from how environments actually operate. Our approach focuses on understanding real attack paths, prioritising material risk, and designing controls that are practical, proportionate and effective in the real world.

Cloud-Native by Design

Peritus was built as a cloud-native consultancy from day one. We specialise exclusively in cloud, identity and emerging risk, rather than trying to cover every area of cybersecurity.

This focus allows us to work deeply across Microsoft 365, Azure, identity platforms and AI tooling, helping organisations improve security posture, reduce attack surface and gain meaningful visibility across complex environments.

How We Work

We treat security as an enabler of business outcomes, not a blocker. Our consultants are senior, hands-on practitioners who design and implement controls they’ve worked with themselves.

By combining cloud-native tooling, real-world threat intelligence and pragmatic delivery, we help organisations cut through complexity, reduce noise and focus effort where it makes the greatest difference.

What This Means for Clients

The result is stronger, more resilient cloud and identity environments, clearer governance around emerging technologies like AI, and security programmes aligned to how organisations actually operate.
